Be familiar with various biological activity analysis and residue detection methods, and cooperate to complete the method development, validation, transfer and detection of analytical methods according to project characteristics and pharmacopeia regulations, as well as the writing of analytical method SOP, validation protocol and method development report and other documents. Be responsible for daily sample activity and residue testing, and abide by the 6S regulations of the laboratory and GDP specifications;

Can independently complete the analysis and detection of biological activity and residual samples, complete the collation and analysis of experimental data and write experimental records;

Be skilled in operating analysis-related instruments and equipment (microplate reader, qPCR and other instruments) and understanding activity-related detection techniques (Cell-based assay activity detection, ELISA binding detection and HCP, Protein A and other impurity residue kit detection, mycoplasma detection and other techniques);

Complete some daily work of the laboratory, such as instrument maintenance and reagent consumable procurement;

Other work delivered by the workshop instructor/ job supervisor, etc.

Identify the corporate culture of the company and be enterprising and responsible for the job;

Undergraduate 1 to 5 years or master's degree, 1 to 3 years of work experience;

Have a background in pharmacy, chemistry, bioengineering or biotechnology and other related professional education, and have experience in antibody and biological macromolecule analysis and research or experience in function analysis, have certain ability to analyze and solve the problem;

Understand the guidelines for the development and validation of analytical methods related to Chinese Pharmacopoeia or USP and ICH, and have the experience in the development and validation of analytical methods is preferred;

Be rigorous, diligent, studious, hard-working, team spirit, have a certain ability to work under pressure;

Have a certain ability of English Reading.
