I have been in the company for almost 5 and a half years. One of the main reasons why I decided to join was that the mission of the company was very much aligned with mine, and that the company has the resource and the will, with experienced leadership, to make it happen. I see the possibility and opportunity for me to do something very special and to make a difference. That something was to develop and apply advanced bioprocessing technology (ICB) to expand patient access by lowering drug costs, increase quality and speed and thereby also provide competitive advantage for Transcenta. By showing that ICB can work successfully, it will also help to accelerate adoption of these type of technology in the industry which will further benefit patients worldwide.
