Establishing a business workflow, coordinating the operation between your department and other departments, and comprehensively supporting the smooth development of the company's CDMO business;

Being responsible for the statistics and summary of sales data, producing monthly sales reports, analyzing sales data from the previous month on a year-on-year basis, and giving feedback in a timely manner, so as to provide a basis for the company's decisions;

Assisting the sales and BD teams, project management teams and financial teams in dealing with customer communication, payment collection, invoice tracking, and other work-related to customer relationship maintenance;

Coordinating the process progress of the project with all departments of the company; assisting in communicating the progress of each project with customers and handling customer problems; coordinating and solving unexpected problems and business contacts;

Being responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts and completing the internal review and approval process;

Completing reconciliation/invoicing on a monthly basis; and completing internal reconciliation with finance on a monthly basis;

Completing routine business data support; and assisting to provide business review PPT;

Completing other business work delivered by the superior.

Identify the corporate culture of the company and be enterprising and responsible for the job;

Bachelor degree or above; majors are not limited;

Has selling management or business working experience with more than 2-3 years, has a business experience of pharmaceutical companies or CRO/CMO is preferred;

Has certain knowledge of project management and financial;

Be familiar with operating computers and using various office software; especially Excel; Word; PPT;

Has good communication and coordination ability, expression ability and execution ability, and has a strong teamwork spirit.
